"This is a wholehearted letter of recommendation for Screen Designs, Inc. My company, Brown’s Brewing is a busy Capital Region Brew Pub, in Troy, NY. I have been a customer of Manny Contompasis at Screen Designs for the past year. Manny and his team have provided my company with excellent service. Manny provides over thirty different brand designs for our brewery. Screen Designs prints all our logo tees, sweatshirts, embroidered hats, scarves and totes. Screen Designs talented staff includes Graphic Designer, Mark McGuire who oversees each detail of every piece of art that comes his way.
In the twenty some years of having my business I have never been satisfied with a silk screen company like I have this one. Screen Designs has impressed me with the speedy turn around for our goods, competitive pricing and overall attention to quality as well as great communication (an email or phone call is always returned, usually within minutes). A good example of this is when we had new art for one of our tees and it was on press but the ink color we had selected was too light colored to really pop. Mark contacted me right away and together we made the decision to tweak the ink a bit resulting in success. It seems to me that with every piece that is on their press they show personal resolve to have it be right. With past silkscreen vendors I often worried that a deadline for goods was going to be missed or was disappointed that the quality was not perfect. This is not the case with Manny, Mark and Raymond – they work as a team and provide wonderful results.
