Heat Transfers are an excellent option for applying designs to many types of apparel using heat and pressure. At Screen Designs, we have been utilizing this technology for over 40 years to create high-quality, custom garments and accessories.
Here's how it works:
Design Creation: We start with a digital design you provide or our design team creates with you.
Transfer Printing: The design is prepared on special transfer films and elements based on your end use and what type of item it is being applied to.
Heat Press Application: The transfer film is placed onto the fabric and pressed using one of our heat press machines. The combo of high temperature and pressure transfers the design from the film to the garment.
We are fully equipped with machines to handle a wide range of orders. The transfer team works closely with our design and sales departments to assure the end product matches your exact needs and order, ensuring top-notch results that look and perform great.
