Here’s how it works:

Design Creation – We start with artwork you provide or collaborate with you to create a custom design tailored to your apparel and use case.

Transfer Preparation – Your design is produced on specialized transfer films and materials, selected based on fabric type, usage, and desired finish.

Heat Press Application – Using professional-grade heat press machines, we apply precise temperature and pressure to permanently transfer the design onto the garment.

Our facility is fully equipped to handle a wide range of products and order quantities. The heat transfer team works closely with our design and sales departments to ensure every detail is dialed in and every order meets your exact specifications.

Order Heat Transfer Goods in 5 Easy Steps

Getting your custom embroidery order started doesn’t have to be complicated. We’ve streamlined the process into five quick steps, making it easy to choose your products, customize them to your brand, and send us everything we need to create items you’ll be proud of.

Step 1: Pick Your Goods

Select the apparel or accessories you’d like decorated from our wide selection of apparel and merchandise, including polos and jackets to hats, bags, and more, all from brands you can trust. You can give us a general type of item, or a specific product from our apparel or accessories pages. Keep in mind - we have a 24 piece minimum order, with the same art applied to the mix of goods you select.

Step 2: Choose Your Good’s Color

Decide where your design should be applied: front, back, sleeve, or other custom placements.

Step 4: Get your artwork ready

Upload your logo, design, or personalization details. Not sure it’s ready? Our design team can help clean it up to help optimize it for heat transfer application.

How to Prepare Your Artwork File(s):

  • Resolution: For a sharp embroidery, use vector art or a file at 300 DPI at the size you’d like it printed.

  • File Format: Save your files as PNG or PDF with a transparent background, or as an SVG for vector graphics.

  • Final Review: Double-check your design for typos, spacing, or other small errors before sending.
