Getting your custom hat order started doesn’t have to be complicated. We’ve streamlined the process into three simple steps, making it easy to choose your products, customize them to your brand, and send us everything we need to create high-quality hats you’ll be proud to share.
Step 1: Pick Your Hats
Choose from our wide selection of caps, beanies, visors, and specialty headwear suitable for embroidery and decoration, all from brands you trust and clients and staff love. You can give us a general type of hat, or a specific product of your choice from the guides linked below. Keep in mind - we have a 12 piece minimum order, with the same art applied to the mix of goods you select.

Step 2: Get Your Artwork Ready
Upload your logo or design file. Not sure it’s print-ready? Our in-house graphics team can clean it up or make adjustments to ensure perfect results.
How to Prepare Your Artwork File(s):
Resolution: For a sharp print, use vector art or a file at 300 DPI at the size you’d like it printed.
File Format: Save your files as PNG or PDF with a transparent background, or as an SVG for vector graphics.
Final Review: Double-check your design for typos, spacing, or other small errors before sending.
