SCREEN PRINTING

We have been a full service screen printer for over twenty years. Our screen printing department currently uses 5 production machines. A small machine prints hats and other unusually shaped or sized items. Our manual machines cater to small and special technique orders. Our 10 color automatic serves the high-quality high-volume market. Our new 12 color automatic has been delivered in the fall of 2003. Since day one we have supported our print production with in house artwork and engraving.

EMBROIDERY

When you need the statement of quality that only embroidery can offer, we can provide it. Whether you need a simple, tasteful copy of your logo, or a large size intricate rendition of original artwork we can produce it. Here too, our in house art department is our assurance of quality integration.

DESIGN SERVICE

Our art department has grown with the industry. Over twenty years ago our artists labored over light tables hand separating artwork with the assistance of camera and darkroom equipment now considered obsolete. As the technology progressed, we moved along with it. Today we now use computers and up to date versions of graphics programs to provide the digital input and output of both screen printing and embroidery orders. We can develop your ideas using a simple pencil sketch or a by downloading a multi-megabyte computer graphic file.
